Narendra Damodardas Modi 14th Prime Minister was born on 17 September 1950 in Gujarat In a small village, he spent his life with his whole family. He belongs to a poor family. Narendra Modi's father was running a tea stall. Modi was an ordinary student however after school he usually helped his father on their tea stall. He went to the railway station to serve tea to the customer. First, in his life, he joined RSS as a trainee. He did arrange a marriage to Jashodaben Chimanlal. In 1978, Narendra Modi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the School of Open Learning at the University of Delhi. Five years of graduation, in 1983, he got a Master of Arts degree in political science from Gujarat University. In 1985 RSS assigned him to BJP. in 2001, Narendra Modi was selected Chief Minister of Gujarat. As CM of Gujarat, he worked hard for the people of Gujarat. He is the first PM of India Who Came On Discovery Channel  Modi.

Narendra Damodardas Modi as Chief Minister of Gujarat:-

Narendra Modi took oath as Chief Minister on 7 October 2001 and entered the Gujarat state legislature on 24 February 2002 by winning a by-election to the Rajkot – II constituency. He served for twelve and a half years from 2001 to 2014 in Gujarat. After that, he gave his name for Prime Minister for India.

Demonetization:-

 In the Midnight on 8 November 2016, As the best Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi declared the demonetization of all ₹500 and ₹1,000 banknotes. Modi also announced the issuance of new ₹500 and ₹2,000 banknotes in exchange for the demonetized banknotes.

Surgical Strike:-

After the attack of Pakistan in India as Prime Minister, he took a brave decision to teach a lesson to Pakistan without any fear and our Indian army prove him right about his decision of surgical strike.

Removal Of Article 370:-

This is the biggest achievement of Narendra Modi as Prime Minister. With the help of BJP, he removed article 370 from Kashmir so that it can also become a part of India and our govt can help this state to develop or grow.

  • Modi declared Swachh Bharat Abhiyan from the period 2014 to 2019 which was aimed to clean up the streets, roads and infrastructure of India's cities, towns, and rural areas.
  • Ayushman Bharat Yojana is a health scheme launched in 2018, to help Indian people to get better treatment at less price.
  • Narendra Modi launched Jan Dhan Yojna on 28 August 2014 to connect more and more people from the banking services.
  • On 28 August 2014, Narendra Modi also inaugurated Skill India Mission by which students can learn new things and can get a job in that field without any charges.
  •  Modi also started Make In India mission to help the industry to grow more on a national level and it was launched on 28 September 2014.
  • Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana on 11 October 2014 to develop the villages.
  • Shramew Jayate Yojana on 16 October 2014 to help the labor to get more work and money.
  •  Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, The goal of this scheme is to make girls socially and financially self-reliant through education and it was launched on 22 January 2015
  • On 21 January 2015 Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched Hridaya Plan to take care of world heritage sites and to make these sites economically viable.
  • PM Mudra Yojna, on 8 April 2015 to provide loan to small scale business.
  • On 1 May 2015, Ujala Yojna was launched by Narendra Modi to reduce the consumption of electricity by providing low cost LED bulb.
  • Atal Pension Yojna, on 9 may 2015 to provide Monthly pension for people from the unorganized sector b/w age of 18 to 40 years.
  • On 9 May 2015,  Prime Minister Jyoti Jyoti Bima Yojna was launched to give Life Insurance of Rs. 2 lakh for people b/w 18 to 50 years (by paying Rs. 330 per annum).
  • Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana was started on 9 May 2015 it is a General insurance/accident insurance for people between 18 and 70 years of 2 lakh (by paying just 12 Rs. / year).
  • Narendra Modi Launched  Smart city scheme on 25 June 2015 in which 100 cities will be selected for smart city plan.
  • AMRUT plan on 25 June 2015 for Developing all the basic amenities in more than 500 cities which have more than one lakh population.
